Comparing these to example essays I've seen in other (more official) test prep sources (e.g., Kaplan, Barron, the GRE website), it seems like the bulk of the writing here is actually closer to a high 3 or a low 4 than to a 6. I don't mean to be insulting, but as it's not stated anywhere on this site, let me ask: Did these essays all earn 6s, or were they rather created outside of the testing environment for illustrative purposes? If they are indeed all verified 6s, then, by all means, go ahead and display this fact prominently!

I think all the topics you have listed in your post are for TOEFL, I find the essay topics for GRE to be more difficult and complex than the ones listed here. No offense, but i felt the info might mislead people.
